How does your lead generation process work?
We set up ads targeted ads through social media or google and generate leads on behalf of your business. Once we have received leads we follow up with the leads with a pre-screening call. Once we have pre-screened the lead, ensuring they are not a timewaster or submitted the form by accident, we hand over the lead to your business - whichever way we have agreed upon.
How quickly can we expect to see results?
From experience, once set up, we usually begin seeing results after just one to two weeks, but have had past examples of our newly onboarded clients seeing positive leads within hours of launching their campaigns.
I have tried services from the likes of B&Q, how is this different?
When you buy into a service such as that provided by the likes of B&Q, these are what we call "blanket leads", where the prospect lead has registered their general interest, which is then sent to a large number of businesses. They aren't specifically asking for you and your business. This is where our leads are different. They are genuinely interested in your service, your business and what you have to offer.

We guarantee a minimum number of qualified leads per month.
If we don't deliver, which we are always confident we will, we will provide you with a full refund for the service fee.
The lead delivery guarantee is based on ad spend. The 10 lead guarantee is based on our minimum ad spend recommendation of £500 per calendar month in our Advanced level service, with a higher guarantee, the more you spend.
Note that any ad spend is non-refundable, as this goes directly to the chosen platform which your business is advertising upon.
How do you ensure the leads generated are of high quality?
As mentioned before, we personally call every single lead that comes in to pre-qualify them and make sure they are an ideal fit for your business and offering.
How do you handle communication and reporting?
We honor a regular open line of communication, with systems put in place for two way communication between our team and yours.
We provide a monthly report and provide suggestions for the proceeding month's strategy together with this report. This is shared in a monthly strategy call with your key account manager.
How do you handle data privacy and ensure compliance?
Having been in the industry for over a decade, and with experience working with leading international brands such as Hilton, Marriott and Red Bull, we are all too familiar with the need for data privacy and compliance.
